In this video, I take the SIG Sauer P229 COβ Blowback Pellet Pistol out for a full field test shooting review, including velocity testing and accuracy at 30 feet.
Using SIG Sauer lead pellets (approx. 7β8 grain), I run this pistol through the chronograph and then put 8 rounds on target to see what kind of real-world performance you can expect.
This blowback pellet pistol delivers a realistic shooting experience with solid weight, a smooth trigger, and a satisfying slide action. I also go over how it performs out of the box, including point of impact, grouping, and some upgrade options like adding a red dot or laser.
If you're considering the SIG P229 pellet pistol, this video will give you a good idea of how it performs in a practical shooting test.
Velocity Results (Lead Pellets):
~277β320 FPS range (averaging around 300 FPS)
Accuracy:
~1.5 inch group at 30 feet (8 shots)
