Shipping Policy

It takes 1-3 business days to process your order before it is shipped. Most orders are shipped within one business day. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and expected delivery date.

All orders are shipped within Canada from Burnaby, BC, through Canada Post or Purolator. Standard Shipping is a flat rate of $16. We offer free standard shipping for orders over $250 before tax. Delivery times vary based on your location. Orders usually arrive within 2-6 business days. Express Shipping is a flat rate of $35. Express orders usually arrive within 2-3 business days.

Orders are packaged in plain brown boxes with no information about the items inside.

Order Cancellation Policy

• Once an order is received, the order fulfilment process cannot be interrupted to make any changes such as adding, changing, or cancelling. You can only request a return authorization after the order is delivered to you. We strive to fulfill orders as quickly as possible and have automated certain steps on approving orders to achieve this.
