Trigger Pull: Single action only so you will need to rack the slide first to not only chamber a BB in the breach area but to also cock the internal striker. There is a working trigger safety and you’ll also find the Glock 17 Gen 4 has a nice, short, and light trigger similar to the real steel Glock. Perfect for fast action shooting!

Accuracy: Umarex claims around 300 FPS but I was able to get a little higher with my 5 shots through the chronograph, averaging 310 FPS. I was able to get around a 3.5 inch grouping but I feel I could've done better since several rounds actually shot one on top of the other. The Umarex Glock 17 4th Gen did shoot a little low and to the left but not a lot.

Build Quality: The Umarex Glock 17 Gen 4 looks to be well-made with metal and plastic parts where you would find them on a real steel G17 Gen 4. Fit and finish are nice and the slide wiggle is next to zero. The slide spring is very heavy and the sound of the slide when racked and released doesn't have that cheap metallic sound some blowback airguns have.

Realism: Umarex's replica 100% looks the part of a Glock 17 4th Generation Gun. Sitting on the table and even holding it in your hand you are going to think it's the real deal until you drop the magazine and see that it is a BB/CO2 mag. Mostly everything operates like a real Glock 17 including the slide catch release, trigger safety, magazine release, and even the take down switches for quick field stripping and access to the adjustable hop-up.

Comments: I know everyone has been waiting for Umarex to release the Glock 17 Gen 4 BB Pistol and here it is finally. I really like the trigger on the G17 Gen 4. It’s short and light, perfect for shot placement and action shooting. The blowback action is nice and crisp, giving the Glock just enough blowback recoil effect. I didn't have any issues with the Umarex Glock 17 Gen 4, which makes for the best testing out of all the Umarex Glocks to date. The Glock 17 4th Gen CO2 BB Pistol is by far my favorite version! If you already have an Umarex Glock, that’s OK get this one too, you won’t be disappointed. If you haven’t bought one of the Umarex Glocks so far then this one is the one to have, but I say why not have them all :)

Best Replica

This is hands down, bare none, the best replica firearm I have ever seen. From the markings on the gun to the weight and feel, it looks and feels like the real thing. I have a Glock model 22 in a .40 cal and picking them both up and feeling the weight, the Umarex is almost identical with the mag in it. Without the mag you can certainly feel the difference and of course if you are on the other end of the barrel, you will see the internal barrel and won't be fooled. Other than that. the trigger feels the same, the action is the same, drawing and holstering feels the same. Very verrrry impressed.

Perfect replica of a Glock 17 gen 4. It could be more accurate but otherwise it is really a good replica for target training.

Really good replica

Really good replica, well made, nice built quality it doesn’t feel cheap at all. If your looking for accuracy I would recommend you the Glock 19 gen 3 since it’s none blowback it’s really more accurate and consume less co2 but otherwise I really prefer this one. I rated value for money 4/5 because the price was 220$ when I bought but they reduced it to 195$ so it really worth it now!! ;)

Great pistol

Walks and talks like a Glock. Great little gun. I like it a lot. Shot it only one time and I cannot really say much about the accuracy. I did not set it yet and I am not actually got used to it. Takes time. It shoots fine and I like it a bit better than 19x. Easy to learn and use. Easy to take it apart and put it together. Easy to load. One little negative is that a bit on the lower side for FPS but does the job well. Using it for plinking and tactical practice. I have both Glock 17/4 and Clock 19x. If I would choose only one gun I would go for Glock 17 g4. FPS wise they are almost the same.

A great replica

Very accurate in appearance to a real Glock 17 Gen 4. Other than the underside of the barrel and trigger guard (where the safety and warning text are) it's nearly impossible to tell it apart from the real deal. Just like the other reviewer I also found the magazine is really heavy, especially compared to real-steel versions. My guess is the C02 mechanism is the reason it's made out of metal. Because of the weight and the design of the magazine catch you really need to make sure you properly seat the magazine. I found if the magazine was forward in the magwell as much as possible it tends to seat with less force, so that's something to note. Overall I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a realistic Glock 17 Gen 4 replica.

Amazing gun

I'm going to be honest, I knew what I was getting before it got here, due to researching and watching videos of this gun. But even after all that, I was still very surprised by how it feels, weights and functions. Because this is a licenced product of Glock, you know it's held to high standard for quality and Umarex delivers. The one thing I wish was better was the packaging. I do wish it was better than a plastic package, maybe if it came in a box? If you do choose to get this gun, get it from Replica Airguns, shipping is quick and at the time of purchase, this exact gun was $100 cheaper than my local airsoft store.

it's a keeper

It's an amazing replica, if you compare it with real Glock 17 Gen 4 it's really hard to notice difference. I mean you need to look really hard to see witch one is real one and which one is BB. Weight and feel is almost the same. It's even field strips as a real Glock. First noticeable thing is magazine. It's made of metal and it's way heavier then real Glock magazine. So you need to make sure when you loading guns, that magazine pushed all the way up, if it falls it might damage magazine floor plate or your floor : ) Mine needed real good push to seat it correctly, but it got better after gun broke in. Another thing that you might want to keep in mind that Umarex Glock 14 Gen4 shoots low. Looks like this is a common problem, probably Umarex wanted to replicate real Glock barrel movement but didn't get it quite right. There might be some fix for that like shim inner barrel or install laser sight - i'm not quite there yet. So far I just aim higher - without reading glasses it easier to have front sight dot above rear sight and it works for me for now. In my opinion this gun totally worth it, if it would shoot higher I would buy a two ; )

Very good, solid build.

Incredibly good solid build, but the clip and inner slide seems to scratch a little bit but I guess that's to be expected because I enjoy messing with the slide and clip alot without actually using and firing it (lol). The ring behind the end of the barrell comes loose when I dissamble the gun but can easily be put back in and usually stays there, so definitely not a huge hassle. I wouldn't change anything, besides maybe making that ring a tiny bit bigger to have a more snug fit. (Again, not a real issue in my books) but everything else is spot on. 5/5
