The Gamo P-25 is a compact air gun, similar in design to the Walther PPK. It features a lightweight polymer frame with a rifled steel barrel and smooth single/double action trigger. The P-25 has a powerful blowback system that provides realistic cycling of the slide with every shot for added realism during plinking sessions. Both of these Gamo guns are very well made and are a joy to shoot, my first impression was that they are a lot of gun for the money and I mean that a couple of ways. They are much larger than I expected and also the quality was surprising compared to the low cost. These two Gamo blowback pellet shooters and the Umarex PX4 Storm share many commonalities and the question about which one is the best comes up often, I would say neither gun is better than the other, you will just have to decide what key points from each gun you like best? I can say that the Gamo P-25 and PT-85 are well worth their price tag and I have no question these guns will last you a long time and give you many hours of shooting enjoyment.
