skipping sound on the motor

I only used this gun for few times, and it was starting make the skipping sound, I adjusted the motor screw under the grip, and it was kind of working for the next few shoots, but then it kept doing it again and again, come to the point I could use this gun anymore. What is the point to drive hours to the field to play and your gun is not working, end up I had to use my pistol for the whole days.
