Elite Force/Umarex, Mag rebuild kit

Most parts fit except Mag follower and spring. Also Mag port seal. My gun shoots .177 steel BB's. The mag rebuild kit is for an Air Soft Gun. Are the these parts for the 1911A1 BB gun available individually ? Thanks Jack
